Job Description:

TheWisdomToothDoc is a state-of-the-art facility providing the highest quality of care to our patients in a fun and friendly environment. We are an oral surgery office with up-to-date technologies offering our patients the very best experience possible.

We are a fast-growing office in which you will play a very important part as our collection specialist and you will help by resolving past due balances and collecting payments.

What you will do:

Monitor accounts receivable and identify past due balances
Contact patients with past due balances and attempt to either collect the past due balance or negotiate a payment plan to collect balance in installments
Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with accounts as well as records of any payments collected
Resolve issues concerning billing or insurance
Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress
